At this moment we only ship within the Contiguous United States. We offer free shipping when you spend $100 or more. Our shipping time is usually between 5-7 days from the time you place your order. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased, you may request an exchange or a store credit of amounts paid minus the cost of return shipping (a $20 maximum), at any time within the first 30 days of your purchase date. Please contact us at info@mymontehome.com for return shipping instructions and for additional information about refunds or exchanges. If any item arrives damaged or defective, My MonteHome will replace it at no cost to you provided that you provide notice and a photo of the damage or defect and request a replacement from My MonteHome within 15 days of receipt of the item.

All of our toys have been sent to a third party company for safety testing. All our toys have met the ASTM F963 toy safety standards. This standard also tests that all our products are made with non-toxic paints.

Our website is broken down by age ranges: Birth to 6 months, 6 to 12 months, and 1 to 3 years. Each of our toys also has a suggested age range broken down into months. All of our products also come with a little guide for parents on the benefits of that product and how to interact with that product with your child. Before introducing any toys for the first time, wipe them clean with a damp cloth. To clean your wooden toys, wipe them with a damp cloth and if needed use mild soap. It is important that you dry your toys right after cleaning. Do not soak your toys, use abrasive cleaners, or scrub aggressively.
